To see if you images have uploaded to the Family Phone app we suggest logging in and out again. After re-logging in the images should appear.

The app checks that the code you enter exists before letting you set up a connection account. If you are trying to join a Family Group through a connection account first make sure that you have the correct unique ID, and then check that you are entering the code with all lower-case letters and standard numbers.
